Important Session Information:

Action Required – Set Up EdPortal Access for ACHIEVE Training

Attached are step-by-step instructions to help you determine whether you already have an existing Okta account for EdPortal. If you do have an account, the system will notify you; if not, you will be prompted to create one.

After confirming or creating your account, you’ll need to log in to EdPortal and set your Administrative Organization and Administrative Code by selecting the correct district. Please note: you do not need to request the ACHIEVE role manually. The system uses an auto-provisioning process to connect your EdPortal profile with your district’s Student Information System (SIS), based on the information you enter.

To ensure uninterrupted access for your upcoming ACHIEVE training, please complete this setup as soon as possible

District/School Staff Guide for Access to ACHIEVE

This training is structured as pass/fail based on full participation and engagement.

  • Full attendance is required to receive a passing status. Participants must be present for the entire session and actively engage in all required activities.

  • Late arrivals or early departures may result in a failing status, as critical content is covered throughout the entire training block.

  • If you are unable to attend, please notify the facilitator in advance to explore potential rescheduling options.

  • Make-up sessions may be limited and are not guaranteed.

Participants who successfully complete the training will be marked as “Passed” in our internal system and granted access to follow-up supports or documentation of completion if applicable.
